Leave Cape Town early for Gansbaai, where a crew briefing, safety gear, and a three-hour sea outing bring you close to sharks from a cage. Afterward, warm up with a shower, lunch, and certificate, then visit penguins at Stony Point, weather and timing permitting.

Leave Cape Town at 6:00 am in a private vehicle with a guide such as Alain or Jacob, visit Stony Point’s penguins, then join a shared shark cage boat from Gansbaai. Breakfast tea, lunch, bottled water, and return transport are included. Shark sightings are not guaranteed, and the boat may carry up to 20 people.
